How it all started!
Eagle Stand Digihub was born out of lived experience. A group of young people from rural Kenya completed formal education but struggled to find dignified jobs. By learning digital freelance skills, they created opportunities for themselves and discovered a new path forward.
This journey inspired the creation of Eagle Stand, a digital hybrid hub dedicated to equipping young people in rural areas with digital and soft skills so they are not left behind in a fast-changing job market.
How it's going!!!
From humble beginnings, we have already seen impact: nine youths trained in translation and transcription are now supporting Compassion International Kenya with letter quality checks and translations.
Today, Eagle Stand is building a community of skilled, empowered youth. Our future is even brighter.
We aim to scale our programs, expand partnerships, and empower thousands more with the tools to succeed in the global economy.

She is a design thinking expert who is passionate about helping youth unlock their creativity and apply innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

Julie Marion Ayuma
BSc in Physics and Chemistry
Julie is passionate about equipping young people with essential soft skills. She specialises in communication, teamwork, and leadership training, ensuring youth develop the confidence and character needed to thrive in the workplace.

Kevin Musau

Kevin is dedicated to building digital capacity among rural youth. With expertise in computer literacy, online productivity, coding and digital marketing, he helps young people gain practical, job-ready skills.

BSc in Environmental Studies
Dominic brings a strong commitment to youth empowerment through digital skills. He trains young people in essential IT competencies, content creation, and social media management.
